The doctorgramhub is designed to support patients who would like to collect their daily vital data without mobile devices.  It works in conjunction with the doctorgram telemedicine platform, which sends reminders for the patients to take their measurements. The vital data is collected quickly and easily through Bluetooth and transmitted to doctorgram via WiFi or cellular network.
